She is working with them in producing items to cash in on
the publicity of the contest. One idea she had was for 
a <u>GAME</u>. Among other companies, she contacted 3M and Bill 
Caruson suggested that she contact me. Her idea was for me 
to come up with a <u>GAME</u> using the material she gives me. 
She will license it to a company and I will get 10% of 
the royalties. I didn't agree to these terms, but I'll go 
there on 10/10 at 4 P.M. to discuss it further.
