1 Tuesday - May 1973
St. Philip and St. James, Apostles - 121st day - 244 days to come
Rcd. [received] card from Brian Libby (see 4/23 and 24) concerning
COUP D'ETAT (Jerry D'Arcey's) and OPERATION GREIF, which
he is sending.
Rcd. 1st quarter report from Tom Atwater for ODD OR EVEN,
TEMPO, INTERPLAY, and TRANSFORMATION - my share - $9.50.
Note from Tom that he might have a home in '74 for a
strategic GAME.
Called "Book Sales Inc." and spoke to M. Shapiro about Graeme Levin's letter of 4/28 concerning AGOG. He's interested in the proposition but wants a letter before he'll give a quote.
Called Felicia and told her about my ideas for the 3D BOXES
molds. She checked with Lakeside - Karen I believe - and
was told that I should send drawings to:

Felicia rcd. a letter from Dick Harris. He couldn't name any
games like CLUE-WORDS but imply implied that they had
rcd. some as submissions.
Felicia heard from Constance Herrick of Parker. She was quite
upset about the missing halfs of the PRIME TIME and
BUS STOP games.
Call from Andrea Donahue who used to work for Urban Systems.
She now works for Parker. She asked me about
science fiction games on the market. Told her that 4000 A.D.
was the best. She had heard of it but didn't know where
"House of Games" was. Told her that Waddington's also sold it.
Also told her about STARLORD, with the address. Mentioned
STAR TREK (Zocchi), ALIEN SPACE, NEBULA 19, and LENSMAN
but didn't give her the addresses - she didn't ask.
I asked if they intended coming out with one. She was a little
evasive. Maybe they'll develop one themselves, or maybe they'll
use one of the many (and similar) ones they have been receiving.
Notice in mailbox that insured package couldn't be delivered yesterday. To P.O. and picked up BEAT THE MARKET. Also mailed a package with STRATEGY I, PHALANX, and DARK AGES ($1.30) to Don Miller. Also sent him copies of MOVES #1 thru #7 ($0.30).
Drew up a sheet with a mold for "Tower Segment" and one for a "Base" for 3D BOXES. Prepared a letter to George Delaney and BB typed it.
