Rcd. a call from <u>Earl Perel</u>. Told him about my discussion with <u>Al Richter</u>
Saturday concerning <u>DON'T BLOW A FUSE</u>. He liked what we came
up with. He asked if I thought a 50-50 split would be fair to Al,
and I said "yes."
<br>Earl asked what I thought of his letter to <u>Bill Dohrmann</u> I said he
had a lot of "Chutzpah" but he just might pull it off- maybe even
a job.
<br>Told him that there's no use in going into the patent show - we have no
patents. Also I have no time for another project.
<br>He may be in the weekend of the 31st - but probably will only have time
to call me.
Wrote to <u>Jim Scully</u>. Mentioned <u>TALLY</u> and <u>SKEDOODLE</u>.
Wrote to Larry Blandin about the <u>INTERNATIONAL GAME SHOW</u>.

Djoli decided to fire Jed and Reiss Associates is now handling
"Gamut of Games." Phil feels that they will do a better job.
Rcd. [received] a package from 3M with 4 "American Greeting" game: - <u>POUNCE</u>, <u>NIX</u>,
<u>LINKUP</u>, and <u>UPON MY WORD</u>. There was a letter to "Harry" listing
the prices of the 10 games in the series. Also a note from
<u>Keith Tuggle</u> saying they were for my collection.

I mentioned that Alabe [??] had been bought by Ideal. They said it
wasn't so, but didn't go into it.
<br>To G&R. None of the new things will be in much before
Stationery Show. I did get the rules for one of Robert W. Allen's
games - <u>PROBADDILITY</u>. The equip't. is completely described. Mr.
<u>Riedel</u> was quite impressed at having seen <u>S&T</u> advertised in
the <u>TIMES</u> magazine section.
<br>Back to "Gamut." Supposed to play <u>INFINITY</u> but <s>didn't</s> <u>Phil O.</u>
held up at a meeting at Reiss'. With Phil's telephoned permission
took three copies of <u>MYWORD!</u>.
Called the <u>Bredehorn</u>'s and spoke to George and <u>Stan Chess</u> about
<u>PURSUIT</u>. Suggested that he should limit the maximum of one characteristic
to 5, instead of the 8 he now has. Also talked a little
