<u>Jerry D'Arcey</u> called from a hotel in New York. Talked awhile and
they I called him back and we talked a lot more. He just came from
Salem where he showed <u>TOP DOG</u> to <u>Bill Dohrmann</u>. His initial reaction
was good, and he promised an answer in a week and a half.
