Thought of an idea for scoring SUPER-TAC-TOE. The player who goes first can decided that he doesn't have any further chance and suggest stopping the game. If the second player accepts he scores as many pcs. as the 1st player placed. If he thinks he can win, the 2nd player can continue the game. If he does win he scores twice the number of pcs. [pieces] played by the 1st player. If he doesn't neither player scores. If the 1st player wins he scores a set amount (to be determined).

Called Al Richter. They are coming tomorrow.

Played PUSH OVER with the Horns, 4-hand partnership. They liked it a lot.

Wasn't offered.)
Shackman had a game, MAGNA WORD GAME, which is WORD SQUARES played with magnetic tiles. (Discarded catalog of 23rd International Toy Fair.)

Package with GROOVE and HOLEY TERROR came and BB had to sign for it.
Call from Phil Orbanes. Carl Eisenberg said that he'd release me from the contract if I accepted a flat fee for my share of the games. If not he'd take a long time with the first refusal. Told Phil I'd stay with the royalties.
Told Phil that I rcd. GROOVE and HOLEY TERROR. His lawyer said that he should write to Knox, rather than join the suit. He agreed and said that
