Felicia called. Someone was interested in games and she thought of HOLIDAY. She contacted Bob Gellman and he told her about the Athol deal and said: "Don't you see Sid?" - and he specifically told me not to tell Felicia until it was definite. He told Felicia that the signing will be this Friday. Felicia wasn't upset about my not telling her.
Felicia said she has been getting some interesting things in and was even thinking of having a cocktail party so that the manufacturers could look over the material. But we discussed it and decided that it is much better to see them one at a time.
She said that Bob Johnson is very anxious to look at 2-hand strategy games. I asked how come when he has so many already. She thinks that they intend to put out a long series of them under the Springbok name, similar to the jig-saw puzzles. Told her about PUSH OVER. She said she is not showing him anything until after we get the contract and advance on FOCUS.
Told Felicia I was calling Kathy Brooks about EXECUTIVE DECISION and asked if there was anything I should ask her. Felicia suggested that I check on the status of PROFIT.
