Reminded him of the NILE I ordered. He doesn't have any
and I didn't push it. he is not doing anything with his
GAME OF THE MONTH CLUB - N.J. yet.
Kontrell Industries:- Met Walter York-Koenigstein (see 12/21/70), who,
together with two partners, put out his NINETYSEVEN. They
will be coming out with two more of his and would like to look
at some of mine. Told Walter to get in touch with Felicia. Took a
review copy of NINETYSEVEN.
At a distributor's booth saw a copy of BOTTOM'S UP (Taurus). The
rules were missing but it seemed like drinking and sex game
with a college background.
In the "Discovery Room" the one game 3M showed was SLEUTH, and
S&R's was BALI.
Dynamic Enterprises Inc: In addition to THE GOTCHA GAME and
KING CHECK, they now handle ^and I took a copy of, SPECULATION, THE MONEY MARKET GAME,
and BYZANTIUM (since the one I have is imperfect). The gal there
needed a stapler and I ran down to Woolworth's to get her one (she
repaid me).
Package Creators, Inc: "Mini-Games." Took an ad sheet. Looked
only at the FOOTBALL game. There is a pack of cards divided into
Offensive & Defensive, but these are shuffled together. Each
player gets 10 in a hand. When on offense play one of these cards.
Then defense plays one of his. But each card is followed individu-
ally. A player can't kick on his 4th down unless he has a "kick" card.
(Fairly complete idea.) Other games are BASEBALL, GOLF,
COMPOSE (make your own crossword puzzle), TWORDY (a word RUMMY
game), and MINI-PYR.
Benjor: They insisted that I take a copy of EXECUTIVE PICK UP.
Gametime: Bob Hallowell there and two gals who did SWITCHED-ON ESP,
which is a globe into which a card with the message to be sent is
placed so only the sender sees it. It lights up in a pulse to
correspond with the sender's pulse beat. This helps him to con-
centrate on the sending.
