DECEMBER 1975 - WEDNESDAY 31
NEW YEAR'S EVE - 365TH DAY

Call from Art Bernstein while I was out and I called him
back. A purchaser of HOLIDAY didn't think that the dial
was correct. I explained to Art - with difficulty - that
she was pointing the pointer at the best day for seeing
the sight - not the day it actually was.

Long call from Claude, mainly on DIABOLIC SQUARES and his patent.. It was an answer to my call of yesterday.

BB was going to use some "Hors D'Oeuvres" pics for serving.
They were in different colors with the four card suits
at the ends. She got them at a bazaar. I asked and
she gave them to me for game equipment.
Horns were here, but no games.

fall line of books. She had a "game book" listed for me
and asked about it. I told her about the two possibilities,
and to be sure to talk to Fabio about them.
While at lunch with Fabio he asked how much advance
I rcd. for BTTT and asked if $3,000 will be O.K. for the
new one. Also he'll try to get me 6%.

To Phil Orbanes. Went over the changes I picked up
on SMUGGLING and I kept my copy.
Returned the copy of SIMULATION/GAMING/NEWS to him.
Also gave him the extra set of COUNTERSTRIKE rules.
Phil gave me copies of TABLUT, YUCATAN, and TA KAI. (At
home discovered that I had TA KAI and should have taken
KONANE.
Gave me $50 for SMUGGLING and I signed a receipt for R & D
expenses.
At present he doesn't have any of the 2nd series of Rand
games, but Bill Vega is getting an office in the building
and he should have some by next week.
Made date at his house for 1/9/76 or 1/10/76.

To Felicia's after 5 and she had left. Dropped the
repro of the Aladdin ad in her slot, with a note -
the one from G & P.

To S.P.I. and Howie Barasch said that Richard Berg
apologized for forgetting to bring 1829 for me.
Took 3 copies of MOVES #24.

At Seville Hotel made reservation for Graeme Levin.

Looking at MOVES #24. "Games in Progress" mentions FIREFIGHT,
