Call from Felicia to check whether I'd be there today. Yes, at 2. Also told her I'd meet Grissino later at S.P.I.
To Tree Communications. Went over my corrections and comment on THE FAMILY CREATIVE WORKSHOP. She made notes and will take them up with the editor from Time/Life.
Looked at the pictures they will be using and the one of me to be used with my bio is excellent. Ordered a 5"x7" b&w for $2.50. Marilyn Nierenberg said she'd also try and get me some of the negative of the unused shots.
To Joy Peterson. Gave him my new set of rules for THE HARRY LORAYNE MEMORY GAME and he ran off a set of repros for me. He'll read them later and will contact me if he has any questions.
He was thinking of putting different names on the two sides of the "name" cards and that way get away with 1 sheet of 15 cards. I told him that that would be very con- fusing. The salesman there (Jock is his firsrt [sic] name I believe) said that he has been seeing my name around (Bloomingdale's, etc.) but where are me games? He said I should come up with visual, manipulative games - that's what's selling. Told him that I had done the 6 SPECTACULARS, but haven't heard anything from Manny on them.
He said that nothing will be done until he gets back from London.

The entire arrangement is surrounded by a rectangle]
Felicia and I were not greatly impressed even tho he kept telling us how great it is. Felicia asked him if he would put his own money behind it. He said he would- except that he is too busy with other things. He is a parent attorney.
Felicia showed me an ad that was in the Book Review section of last Sunday's TIMES for BEYOND TIC TAC TOE.
Felicia gave me a $25 check for my share of the DAISY article. Can't remember the details, but sometime during the visit a game EGO TRIP by Steve Allen.
Felicia is very interested in getting into book agenting. She has a
