and found it strange when Brian answered. I told Earl that
Al is working on another job on Sturdays and doesn'tr have
time to work on DON'T BLOW A FUSE. Since I was busy with
the drawings BB talked to him for quite a while. She told him
about our date next Friday with Claude and Anne. He'll probably
join us.
While walking Daisy met the Horns returning from a party in
L.I. One of the guests was a game inventor - who turned out
to be Julie Cooper. When they mentioned me he had that he
had a book autographed by me.

that I use his name or not. He said that either way is O.K.
with him, but he gave me a card.
In the course of the conversation I remarked that Brentano's
was the only place in N.Y. to find games. Bill said that he
has heard that F.A.O. Schwartz is much improved this year.
Before going up to see Bill I looked at JONATHON LIVINGSTON SEAGULL GAME
(Mattel). It looked like it might be worth getting a copy.
One of the salesmen, Bill Askins, is a reader of my column.
He is interested in getting a copy of BATTLE OF BRITAIN. Gave
him my card and told him to call me in two weeks and I'd give
him an address.
Met BB downtown. She had had a call from Mickie Mackay who
asked BB to have me call her. Did. The gal who was interested
in info on LOTTO found what sounded like the same as a
found, but in the "Encyclopedia Brittanica" (must be a later edition
than ours). However, she was interested in me. Mickie gave
her my number and she is supposed to call me Friday.

She said she'd take me to lunch next time I drop by.
