but I bought the Nov.-Dec. issue anyway.
To F.A.O. Schwartz. Nothing new in regular game dept. In
antique dept. bought THE CAPTURE OF MR. RAFFLES, an 1915
Pariker game for $5.
At Brentano's saw:
THIM(N)K : - A miniature abacus with 3 wires with 3, 5, and 7
beads. A NIM game identical with THE MATCH GAME.
ASTROLOGICAL UNIVERSE GAME : - A GOOSE game. At home I red, it, instead of Zodiace which was advertised in the Times and I ordered VENTURE : - Saw the other 3 card games, but not this.
Clerk said they had it and were probably sold out. QUADS : - The name was given as Armin speer Associates, 666 Fifth Ave, went there and met speer. He is with an in
surance Co and puts the game out on the side. He asked me about royalties and other such info. He told me that he read about a retailing company who is t o ut starting a chain of "leisure time storet" possibly as many as 100 which will sell adult gaves, sporting Goods, outdoor equipt, etc. He said the Now, 30th issue of BUSINESS WEEK had an article on adult games only a few were mentioned, SENSITIVITY being one. He wanted to swap a copy of his game for
a Copy of AGOG. I tolll him didn't have any available and that I had learned enough about the game from him, he said he'd buy a copy and insisted on my taking his game,
I'll send him a copy of S&T. Also the address of THE GAMESLETTER. He is interested in advertising in them.
