WEDNESDAY 5 FEBRUARY 1969 36th day - 329 days to come

Filed THE MILLION DOLLAR GAME IN "Misc. Card Game Folder." Filed THE GAME OF CANADIAN FOOTBALL in "Board Game Folder."

Called Fabio. Checked and it is o.k. to bring only the master manuscript and not the carbon. If he needs another copy he will zerox it. Asked if it would be o.k. to paste a diagram done on tracing paper onto opaque paper. He said probably not, but to bring in a sample. During day did some thinking on how to set up the table of contents.

Rcd. a card game, SECURITY from Jim Dunnagan [Dunnigan] and also an historical background to THE MONEY GAME.

Spoke to Claude. He wishes I hadn't told Arthur about someone wanting to do LOA since Arthur is pestering him to find out who it is. Oggi wants Claude to do puzzles for them, and they have a tie in with another company that wants the puzzles. They want Claude to sign an exclusive contract to do puz- zles for them for 5 years. But if they his royalties don't amount to $5000 in 2 years, he is released from the contract. They are still testing LOA. I told Claude about my call to Mrs. Milazzo (2/3) and he said that Oggi had been approached with an offer to sell out Campaign Game Co. They are looking into since they love WATCH. Later I called Claude back and told him that I was an- noyed about his brushing off FITTING & PROPER after I had always let him in on things I discovered, such as Paul Milazzo, Project X, etc. Claude said that he would show them FITTING & PROPER at puce if I wanted. The reason he has held off before because is that he has only this one con- nection and that they think he is rare, that is why they want the exclusive contract. I said by all means to hold off with my puzzle until he has established himself. Made date to meet next Friday (2/19).

Deposited that 3M check and sent fee to Felicia.

The book COLLECTING PLAYING CARDS by Sylvia Mann came in the mail. (Ordered some time ago.)
