Made a second layout for <u>FITTING AND PROPER</u>.
 
In evening looked thru files to see if I had a 3M contract. Didn't but  <br>
had some notes from the original <u>ACQUIRE</u> contract. The reduction clause  <br>
calls for consultation before any reduction. Called Alice and asked her  <br>
to check the <u>BAZAAR</u> contract. If this clause is in it, a similar  <br>
contract for <u>INFINITE PLANE</u> will be o.k. with me.
