FRIDAY 26 APRIL 1968
117th day - 249 days to come

Brought TOTALLY -- to Mel Meyer. He liked the name and the
packaging. I mentioned that there were other number
cube games with different playing principles. He is taking
the game for 4 to 6 weeks study and gave me a letter
as a receipt. He and his partner have formed a new
company, MelMick, to put out BLUFF and my game, if
they accept it. They will give an advance and 5% royalties
at the start but sliding down to about 2 1/2 %.
He said that Jerry agreed with these terms, the exact
figures will still be negotiated. (I'll contact Jerry and
coordinate our figures.) Mel said that with TV advertising [crossed out]
they will need to sell at least 100,000 copies of a
game per year.
Discussed my changes in PAYOFF. He said not to rush
getting them finished. (I'll shelve it for the present.)
