Did some further thinking about my pencil & paper game X AND O. (see 10/13/66). Again use a 5 x 5 grid, but use the entire all the squares, one player filling 13 spaces, the other 12. Score + 2, - 3, + 4, - 5 for lines of that length. Game favors the 2nd player. Diagonals are not counted.

Fay called BB about the typing. Spoke to Claude and he didn't think BB should type for Fay.

Rcd. letter from Haar Hoolim with letters from and too people @ RAND.

Finished reproducing the material I got from Martin Gardner.
