is made like a flat straw hat ansd is placed upside  <br>
down on the floor. Each player has a set of 15 "vote"  <br>
cards with from 5 to 1 votes noted on them. (5 of 1,  <br>
4 of 2, 3 of 3, 2 of 4, 1 of 5). Standing on their plat-  <br>
forms the players try to throw their cards into the  <br>
hat. If a player can reach another player's missed  <br>
card he can pick it up. Others just remain on the  <br>
floor. After all cards have been thrown there is a  <br>
scramble for votes and all players pick up as many  <br>
missed cards as they can. Then there is a bargaining  <br>
session where players trade to get back their own  <br>
cards. Then they go back to their platforms. This  <br>
can be repeated one or two more times. Most votes  <br>
in the hat wins. Only those touching the bottom are  <br>
counted unless there is a tie in which case the  <br>
tying players can count any that are on the brim  <br>
At my father's tried flipping cards into a bowl.  <br>
