Barney Rich called. <u>DOZEN DIAMONDS</u> has been under consideration  <br>
by a Chicago firm which is affiliated to IBM and also is  <br>
puitting out <u>WFF'N PROOF</u>, etc. This must be a recent tie up. I'll  <br>
have to look into it. They have had it for over a year. Now  <br>
they say their is another game which is an infringement. He  <br>
asked me if I knew of it. The only one I could think of was  <br>
<u>TUMBLE NUMBLE</u> and described it to him. We both agreed there was  <br>
a considerable difference. He may fly to Chicago to check on it.
 
Bob Engel, of Whitman, sent me Professor Yearont's letter  <br>
about the symmetrical draw in <u>FOCUS</u>. (See 4/16). He also  <br>
mentioned that <u>FREE FOR ALL</u> should be decided by the  <br>
end of next week. Also they may consider <u>MAVERICK COUNTRY</u>
in the future with a different theme.
