Bought a Village Voice for Claude. They mentioned the Japanese
game of PACHINKO. Claude said it was a type of pin-ball,
very popular in Japan.

At Claude's played about 8 games of TIGHTROPE, his
new game. Use a checkerboard and cover th all the
spaces except the corners with chips. Each player has
two dice of distinguishing colors, which are started
in the corners, each player occupying diagonally opposite
corners. The position of the die (ie; number up, etc.)
can be chosen by each player without seeing the opponent's
position. Players in turn move either one of
