From Richard Miller rcd. [received] a "filing receipt" for THE WINNING TICKET. He also suggested a Canadian patent and gave a quotations.

Just starting a letter to Pierre Berloquin when I got a call from him. Rolland Borghini, of J.E.U., who is interested in doing SIDOMINOS in France is coming to N.Y. and would like to meet me and see my collection. Short call (because of the expense) and I told Pierre I'd write after Borghini's visit. Did tell Pierre that J.E.U. can have world rights to the game. // The 1 1/2% - 1 1/2% - 2% royalty split will remain for SIDOMINOS.
Started the rules for the P.E.G.S. games. Did "Battle of the Blobs," "Rapid Transit," "Connections," "Space War"; also made a sheet of diagrams of the board, to reproduce to use for illustrations.

Call from Felicia. She hasn't set a date yet with Herb Roth for showing FOCUS to the Korean company. She is going on a long weekend to Vermont tomorrow and will set a date when she gets back.

Played "Tank Battle" (P.E.G.S.) with BB. Allowed a tank to move back 1 space after a hit, to hide its location. Also simplified placement of the minefields.

Call from Gerri Leigh. Apologized for not contacting her and told her my problems. She understood and offered to help. Told her that I'd contact her as soon as things calm down a little.
