October 1977 - Thursday 6
279th day - 86 days to come
Looked for my copy of BASIS and found it upstairs in a box of misc. [miscellaneous]
material. Decided to look thru the boxes is the basement and
looked thru all of the small boxes on the north wall and everything
on the east wall. Took out the copy of SAIL AWAY from the box of
matl. [material] that 3M once sent me (because it was beginning to smell musty).
Checked and I had a copy - with discarded box - and put this one
upstairs on shelf.
Also came across two boxes of colored pencils - which I brought upstairs.

Called Phil Orbanes and he called back - but can't remember details.
Call from Andrea Green. Asked if I had a catalog from a company that neither of us had ever heard of. Manny Lefkowitz asked her to get one.
Short thank you call from Claude.
