Al & Adela Richter here. Al brought me a clipping on TAKE 5, a set of
5 ELECTRONIC VIDEO GAMES including PONG, WIPE OUT; from
ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING TIMES. (Filed in Al Richter folder.)
Played SPANS with Al, first with the rules of 6/18. Then the egg head
version. Players in turn place a peg until one player thinks it
impossible to link into the a continuous viaduct. He then
challenges his opponent to do it.
Played DARN CLEVER with Al. He liked it.
Played FREE FOR ALL, 4-hand. Played well again.

which consists of a race to the airport by three different
vehicles. (I believe) an ambulance, a police car, and a private
car. Each has a different set of rules it must follow. Moses asked
if it would bo popular in the U.S. I said that I just couldn't guess
what would go - but probably adding a motorcycle for a fourth
player would help.
I asked about RUMMIKUB and it will be ready in about 3 weeks, I
asked for a review copy. Of course.
