Terry Seymour told her about me. She is preparing a pitch for a toy company and would like background material from me. Told her that I am in adult games, and that I am on the outside of the companies - not the inside. She'd still like to take me to lunch and talk about it. I'll call her next Monday and set up a date.

Rcd. the game COURT HOUSE ROOM, together with a letter, and a glossy. Altho he didn't say specifically, a point in the letter seemed to correct a rule.

it should be continued and 10% of our royalties will be put into it. He will find the time to get out the stock shares that I have earned to me.

He had another appointment and I said that I would like to discuss more about the business aspects. I'm to call him Monday and set up a date to get together, probably next week.

Before this he mentioned that he has a connection with someone who will want GAMEs for special purposes, since he will be quite busy running "Gamut," these will fall to me.

To Fifth Ave. Bldg and visited Terry Seymour. She asked and I told her that I had heard from Connie Wiener. Terry thought that it might be a good connection if Wiener gets the account - for me to sell the company games. She also gave my number to Ben Strong, who is trying to get the government to allocate money for simulations games for the schools.

I asked if she had the July COSMOPOLITAN with the game article. She hears that it is being delayed until the fall. She said that the TIMES was having a piece on games in the women's section tomorrow. She gave me copies of KING OIL, PRIZE PROPERTY, VEGAS, and AD-LIB.

To Fabio Coen. He had Fay get repros of the new KLEE layout and the revised SPRINGER, including a bunch for me. Played each with Fabio and he liked them.

He said that he feels good about the project, but that he hasn't had a chance to talk to the sales force. There are a number of conventions, etc. and it will be a few weeks before they will be free. I suggested that Fabio call me and go over the games together
