26 SUNDAY - MAY 1974
SUNDAY AFTER ASCENSION - 146TH DAY - 219 DAYS TO COME

Working on game diary.

In evening to the Saperstein's. Brought Harold S & T #40, 41,
42, and 43. Brought Phyllis the repro of the SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN
column she was interested in. Played HEX-MATCH and MONDRIAN. In the latter decided to add the
scores of each pair of partners after the game ended by one
player reaching a score of 80. Thought of a possibility in the
2-hand game. Allow a player to use either color on a turn. When
the game ends each player scores only his color with the lesser
amount. Another idea. Give a bonus to the player whose two
colors are closer together at the end. (To be worked out.)

Called Alan Newman and asked him to please not throw out his
copy of ANTI-MONOPOLY until I am sure I am getting one.// He
told me that it is handled by "U.S. Game Systems" and it is created
by "Graham Promotions, Inc." - the names on the box. This is for
BRASS MONKEY.
