24 FRIDAY - MAY 1974
144TH DAY - 221 DAYS TO COME

Rcd. a letter from Allan Calhamer thanking me for reviewing
NAVAL GAME. Enclosed a folder on DIPLOMACY. He'd like a
repro of my NAVAL GAME review.

Called Claude and we cancelled our date for today. (Anne not feeling
well and weather bad.) Claude is working on simplifying
MANIPULATION.

Called Leonard Willett about the I.R.S. letters. Left word with his
answering service.

Working on game diary most of day.

(cont. from 5/23) [5/23)

can tell her about it, but I can't keep telling her that things are
being considered. I'll prepare my models for Tom without my name
on the. Actually Alex Randolph is using a "pen name" for some
of his games with "Otto Maier." He has so many that they wanted
a change.
I'll prepare a model of HIT THE JACKPOT.
We didn't get a chance to wind everything up neatly since he was
running late to another date. He will be in town in about 2 weeks
for a date with a high official of "Otto Maier."
Tom called Stan Harfenist who was busy and was supposed to
call back here. (Never did.)

Call from Larry Kline. A newspaper is doing a pc. on his EXORCISM
and asked if he had any reviews he could quote. He called me
on the long shot that I may have done my review already. Sorry.

Called Felicia and she called me back. Told her that Keith liked
NO WAY and would send a discls disclosure form for her to sign.
She said that Keith particularly liked Alan's PRIVATE EYE.
She heard from Aladdin and they will be in at on 5/30 to look
at things. The date is for 5/30 at 4:30 and I'll come at 12
so that we can look over things before they come.
She said to bring "everything" - including FOREIGN INTRIGUE and
THE BRAIN GAME, for which I have to write the rules.

Called Dick Landman at Carter Hall. In conference and told secre-
tary to tell me to call next week.
