HALLOWE'EN * REFORMATION DAY * 61 DAYS TO COME


On Canal St. bought stick-on labels to use on file folders for
temporary filing of games in progress, correspondence
of limited duration, etc.
On Broadway bought some "Lily cups" for a GAME (see 10/23).
At Marboro bought LANGUAGE ON VACATION by Dmitri A. Borgmann.
Looked for THE LAS VEGAS EXPERT'S GUIDE TO CRAPS, BLACKJACK, CARD GAMES
but couldn't find it at once and didn't bother asking.

To S.P.I. Spoke to Jim a few minutes. Got four copies of S & T #40
and ran off 8 copies of my column. Also ran off 4 copies
of the article in WORLD Magazine.
Asked Jim about getting a room for game testing on a Friday.
Can't promise me a whole room, but can promise a table.
To Felicia bringing sandwiches and coffee. Jack Baryy and two bigger shots from Owens-Illinois were there before.
Jack and Felicia tried to sell them on 3D BOXES but they just didn't
go for it. One objection - the difficulty of placing the horizontals.
This could be remedied by placing the towers further apart.
I said that I didn't want to make another model and Felicia
agreed. She'll show it to M.B. next. It will be a couple of weeks
since she is very busy. In the meantime I will prepare pcs. in
4 colors and work out rules for 4 players. Incidentally, the
O-I people said that it would be just right for Leisure Dynamics
(Lakeside).
They did take MINEFIELD and another item I don't know. They
are sending advanced and are giving 5% even tho she, because
of the high cost of materials, hinted she'd take less.
