Call from <u>Felicia</u>. <u>Bob Johnson</u> asked her to try to get sales figures<br>
on all game companies. She asked me if I knew the sales of<br>
<u>CHINESECHEK</u>, <u>WORDPLAY</u>, etc. Don't have them yet. Bob expects that<br>
she can just call up S. & R., since she has <u>BALI</u> with them, and<br>
get the figures. I said "would Bob give his figures to someone who<br>
called him up and asked for them?" She thought that was a great<br>
point, and she'll use it with Bob.<br>
2nd call. Another big shot from Owens-Illinois will be there<br>
tomorrow morning and, altho <u>Jack Barry</u> said he'd like to see<br>
me again, they'd prefer to talk to Felicia alone - except<br>
for the inventor of the electrical <u>GAME</u>, who has to explain it.<br>
I said I don't mind not coming. She said she minds because<br>
she feels more confident when I'm there, but she has to<br>
do as they say. Arranged to go there about 1:00 and I'll<br>
bring up sandwiches and coffee. She'll mention 4 colors in <u>3D BOXES</u>.<br>
3rd call. She asked if I had heard from McGraw-Hill. After she<br>
left the office yesterday she got a call from someone <s>who</s> who was<br>
interested ina story on games. He wouldn't give his name but<br>
said he'd call today.<br>
 
Sent the ''<u>PLAYTHINGS</u>'' card for <u>UNGAME</u> and <u>WORDMATE</u>.<br>
 
Put 4 of the boxes I bought yesterday in Dale's room.<br>
 
Got a call from <u>Stan Chess</u>. Dorothy <u>Bredehorn</u><'s father died so it<br>
will be a little more time before Stan can set up a date.<br>
