Call from Felicia. Letter from Burt Huber. Their legal department
insists that from now on we send documented proof of
"first use of name" with any new things submitted. I don't
understand exacty what they want. {illegible crossed out] Felicia was a little
annoyed with the world in general, and snapped that she did.
CUBITS is the best selling of their ga puzzle-games, but
they are having difficulties supplying the dice. She said
that my games are just too intellectual to sell. I said that
undoubtedly CUBITS is selling best because it looks like the most
for the money.
Some professors have sent her some ideas for puzzle games.
They want models and want someone to make them up
in cardboard. Felicia asked if I'd be interested. Quite possibly.
Discussed my fee and I'll ask $15 an hour or
possibly take a cut of their royalties.
They sold <s<one or two a few items to Ideal and got a
flat fee of $200 each.
Told her that I rcd. the contracts from Ideal Bob Gellman -
PATTON and HOLIDAY.

Letter from Tom Atwater with check for $29.56 for ODD OR EVEN,
TEMPO, and INTERPLAY, and a report on TRANSFORMATION.
