to get first half in #41.The only off-beat war game<br>
they have included is <u>DIPLOMACY</u>. I should include <u>RISK</u>, etc.<br>
In the evening called Jin to ask whether I should<br>
include standards like <u>CHESS</u>, <u>BACKGAMMON</u>, <u>CHINESE CHESS</u>,<br>
<u>JAPANESE CHESS</u>, <u>GO</u>, <u>NINE MENS MORRIS</u>, <u>CHINESE CHECKERS</u>,<br>
<u>TEEKO</u>. Jim said not to include card games with<br>
standard cards.<br>
Jim gave me an ad for their upcoming game <u>SINAI</u><br>
and a new listing of the S.P.I. games. A section on<br>
"Latest Releases and Advance Announcements" included - <br>

He didn't seem to be familiar with most of them and the<br>

<u>THE HOOKER</u>. Rathcon has discontinued this. The object is to swing<br>
the <s>hook on</s> ring so that it hooks onto a hook. Another way of<br>
using it is to swing it hard and count the swings. It is possible<br>
for the ring to eventually get hooked. One of mine did after 15<br>
or 16 swings. Jerry said the previous record was 14.<br>
<u>CHICKEN</u>. Using a die, players build a tower of discs of their color.<br>
The die faces are -1, 1, 2, 3, 4, "Chicken". When Chicken is <br>
thrown the players push buttons which actuate a vibrator<br>
which cause the towers to move to the edge of the platform,<br>
