He said to be sure to bring RED LETTER to play. I mentioned that PATTON had come out. Stan can stand war games, but George can't.

Call from Cathy Greenblat (see 8/29). She asked if I had rcd. [received] the notice on the NATIONAL GAMING COUNCIL meeting. Yes, but I just can't make it.
She said she still will take me up on my offer to have her visit and I said I want her to. She call me in a few weeks.

Told her about Chris Linville (see 9/1). He just called her after seeing a writeup on her.

Wrote up the rules for THE 31ST HEX and almost finished those for PUSHOVER.

Dale wanted to know if I was in contact with Bob Champer. I'll be getting a copy of PATTON to him. Dale wants Bob to call them.

Played two game of 500 RUMMY with dad and Ilka. Dad won one and Ilka the other.
Gave dad the Italian sheets I made today to translate.

BB had a call from Ira Mothner, who is preparing a piece on games for COSMOPOLITAN Magazine. He'll call tomorrow morning.
Felicia called and wants me to call tomorrow morning, concerning 3D BOXES.
