Wrote to Kathy Brooks telling her that FOREIGN INTRIGUE
arrived today. Later rcd. an inquiry from the Post
Office about the missing package. Sent enclosed form back saying
that I just rcd. the package. No postage req'd
To Carl Eisenberg's office at 10. Phil Orbanes there but Carl
wasn't there because of trouble at home. Called Made date
to meet at 11:45 today. While waiting called BB at home
Leonand Willett had called. Last week he went to Felicia's
office and then called her at home. She didn't sound right
to him.
To SimPub with Phil. Ran repros of the Xerox material.
I spoke to Jim D. checked on deadline for next issue -
Aug. 15th, but since my copy is always perfect I can
be late.
To Felicia's and she was ook. Goofed off last week because of her birthday. (later got hen a belated birthday card.) We spoke about Bob Schneider's death, Bob Gellman has asked her if she knows someone who could run the factory and preferably someone who is creative - a junior Sid Sackson, she thinks that Iru Brambler would be good for the job but doesn't think he would want to work full time. She also wondered about AL Richter, I'll check with him when we get together Friday Another client has an idea for a showball throwing machine She won't take it without a model and gave the client Al's number The inventor of SPHERICAL CHESS contacted Felicia about handling his games, she refused, she told me about this once on the phone.) She is disgusted with Stancraft, but they still say that they want to put out Dr. Flach's WINDOWS M. B. sent her a client who presented a hand written get of rules and a rough sketch. The game has some thing to do with landing on spaces of 6 different kinds and "crossroads" spaces where tuo paths cross- have a specific meaning... (looked at it veny quickly but the GAME seemed incomprehensible and not very interesting.) Felicia gave me an extra set of rules and a picture of RED WHITE & BLUE (filed in is folder). She just ned, the board and other equipment today even the she had told them not to send it ! Dynamic Design has turned down BEAT POLLUTION (it hits you in the face too much) but are still interested in ENVIRONMENT. House of Games would have liked to buy some 5,000 copies of BEAT POLLUTION to sell in Europe Panken still likes WHAT'S IT WORTH IN DOLLARS? a lot, She showed me the GAME system with wire circuits on the back and a number of different transluscent bounds to place on the top of the frame, parken is iyterested in it for 1974 but want to finst see how M.B. and Ideal make out with a similan item.
