I had to work thru <u>Fabio</u>, since he is my editor.
After <u>Mike Alber</u>, went to ''<u>BOOK WORLD</u>''. Gave Thomas Tincher the  <br>
list of people to send the column to. Discussed my doing 8  <br>
or possibly more columns per year. I said I'd need help  <br>
answering letters and he said I'd have space there and  <br>
secretarial assistance as a sort of editor. He is looking into getting  <br>
advertising from game manufacturers and asked about a listing.  <br>
Told him about ''<u>PLAYTHINGS</u>'' and ''<u>TOYS</u>'' directories and  <br>
offered to come down with them and discuss possibilities. He'll let me  <br>
know if he wants me to.  <br>
Took two copies of the January 9th edition which gave the  <br>
address for <u>CAVEAT EMPTOR</u>.  <br>
In talking about my doing a regular column, I brought up  <br>
the problem of my own games. He suggested getting a "guest"  <br>
to review them.
To <u>Al Flosso</u> (Martinka Magis Shop)  (See 12/6/71). Bought a copy  <br>
of ''<u>PUZZLES FOR EVERYONE</u>'' by Julian J. Proskauer.  <br>
Left my card in case he gets a copy of Professor Hoffman's  <br>
''<u>PUZZLES OLD AND NEW</u>''.
Bernie Lane and <u>Bob Hallowell</u> called while I was out. I'm to call  <br>
them tomorrow.
