Wrote up BRIDGETTE, finishing my BOOK WORLD column.
Working on S & T #30 column. Wrote intro on SLEUTH problem,
NEW TOWN, and part of THE GODFATHER GAME.
In TIMES Magazine Section there was an ad for S & T.
In Sports Section an ad for INSTANT BASEBALL. (Filed in
'71 Ad Clips.)

within rings the inner ring counts. (In diagram red player
owns one castle, blue the other three.) [illegible crossed out]
The other spaces have directions, such as "Give 10% of all
your unplayed stones to King's Treasury"' "Collect 3 stones from
King's Treasury", etc. But the majority have "Pass" which
indicates no further action. I am pretty sure that stones on the
field are never influenced by these instructions.
Stones captured as in GO are kept by the capturer.
Occasionally stones will have to be swapped to get colors back into
the correct treasury. When a player is out of stones he loses.
(Fairly complete, but there may be a few things missing or wrong.)
Springbok has a series of "Bookcase Puzzles", two jig-saws packed in
a box very similar to the 3M; costs $8.00.
