He asked me what I thought of MASTERPIECE and I told him
that it could be good but it wasn't.
that it could be good but it wasn't.
He told me that the article in ''TIME'' (11/15) gave the impression
by first mentioning MONOPOLY, that THE GODFATHER GAME
was put out by Parker. They have been getting a lot of complaints
over it: and they are thinking of suing ''TIME''.
Next spring Parker is coming out with an election game,
LANDSLIDE. Also a game about used cars called
DEALERS CHOICE.
Called the P.R. people to check the list price of THE GODFATHER GAME.
$15.00.
Wrote the intro to my ''BOOK WORLD'' column.
Wrote to Tom Atwater abt. Stancraft 3rd quarter
royalty statement not coming. Also that I rcd. copies of
TRANSFORMATION from Mary Hill.

Felicia decided to send CHECKPOINT to Hallmark, but refused
to handle COUNTERPOISE.
The inventor, Cox, from Buffalo brought her a game
called I SENTENCE U. It is very gadgety but she
thinks Hallmark might like it as a different kind of
word game. He has it back for some changes that she suggested.
As soon as he returns it she will send it to
Hallmark.
Looked at the "biscuit box" edition of IMAGE by 3M. Read the
rules and ir seemed pretty much the way I remembered
it, but probably simpler.
In the same box Felicia had only the rules for
BID & BLUFF. She gave them to me. It is a knock-off of
OH HELL with some kind of track for keeping track
