Rcd. a card from Phil Cohen with his new address. He assumed
that I have rcd. DYNAMO SCHACH and Parton's three booklets
If not ask for missing ones. (I'll have to write to say I
don't have CHALLENGE AND DELIGHT OF CHESSICAL & DECIMAL.)

To Brentano's. Dorothy Shapiro said she was mad at me.
Because I had given Henry Levy copies of S & T and not
her. I told her that I didn't think she'd be interested in
war games. Who do you think got the A.H. games in the store, she
said. Promised to bring her copies next Tuesday.
Looked at MOTHER IN LAW. This is played by two or more couples,
but the couples are not playing together, rather are in
competition with each other as well as with the other players.
Players in turn draw a card from a "Nag" pack of their
sex. This is read off with the number of points involved and
the necessary remedy. The remedy consists of the other
member of the couple reaching a certain specified dice
throw of five dice - in one throw; such as 2 5's or higher
or 3 4's or higher, etc. The member nagged then throws the dice secretly and
then announces that they made the proper throw or that they
missed.
