Phil suggested that the two of us rework <u>CONGLOMERATES</u> and  <br>
<u>INFINITY</u>, with my sharing in any future royalties. I  <br>
said that the latter needs further work, but that the  <br>
former was great just as it is. Phil said that when he  <br>
submitted <u>CONGLOMERATES</u> to A.H. the test panel liked it,  <br>
but suggested that more interaction between players be provided.  <br>
For <u>INFINITY</u> Phil wants to come up with a board other  <br>
than a square grid. I agreed.  <br>
Phil has an informal agreement with <u>Carl Eisenberg</u>  <br>
giving him a one year option on <u>CONGLOMERATES</u>.  <br>
<u>Carl Eisenberg</u> is putting out Phil's <u>DREAM MASTER</u> and <br>
<u>AQUARIUS 2</u> which will sell for $7. He is holding up on  <br>
<u>PRIX</u> since <u>Bob Reiss</u> is not sure whether a gambling game  <br>
will go.  <br>
Phil got a price for molding the pcs. for <u>SPACE STIX</u> that  <br>
looks good. His idea was to have them all the way thru  <br>
for better visibility. I suggested instead using a  <br>
light color opaque and having the holes stop on one side.  <br>
Phil agreed.  <br>
Phil has come up with a puzzle idea he calls <u>HASSLE</u>. Three  <br>
cylenders are connected by strings of different  <br>
length to a handle. Object is to pile the cylenders one on top of another, using  <br>
only the handle.  <br>

For legal purposes I-Q is supposed to have a director's meeting  <br>
yearly. He will send me the minutes of this year's "meeting".  <br>
I was renominated as V-P in charge of games.  <br>
<u>Bob Hallowell</u> will visit him tonight and will call me if he  <br>
has any messages.  <br>
Rcd. ''<u>NOST-ALGIA</u>'' (#138, Oct. '71). Again nothing at all on  <br>

called back. They will be putting an ad in the  <br>
