MONDAY 18 OCTOBER 1971
St. Luke, Evangelist
Alaska Day (Alaska)
291st day - 74 days to come

Finished SPELLBINDER cards.

Called Brentano's. Spoke to Henry Levy. He checked with Dorothy Shapiro and called me back. I'll be there on Nov. 1 and Nov. 3.

Felicia called. BALI royalties were half of last year's.
A V-P at First National City Bank has a money game based
on international finance (HIGH FINANCE or GOLD).
Arranged for me to meet him Wednesday when I bring in
SPELLBINDER.
M.B. sent him to her. They liked the game but are not sure
if they are staying in the adult game field. They have an
outside firm making an analysis and are awaiting this
before making a decision.
Told Felicia about the Adult Game Festival.

Earl Perel called and I'll visit him Wednesday. Claude also.

Arthur called. Someone he showed COUNTERBALANCE to several
years ago is still trying to sell it, using a picture
he had an artist draw up. Ned Strongen found out about
it from manufacturers he approached. He was angry with
Arthur till Arthur reminded him that he had told Ned that
he had at one time given the game to someone else for
a short time. Arthur thought the whole thing was funny.

Called Anne and she had Claude call me back. Checked on
our date for them to visit - Friday. Claude told me
of an ad he saw in the Sunday Times some weeks ago
for a series of word games called BRAIN DRAIN
