Earlier in day
Earlier in day changed our date with the Richters tomorrow.

Started thinking of a new version of HOLEY TERROR where the
holes are the same shape at all four levels.

[Illegible crossed out] Phil Orbanes called during day. He was impressed
that Bill Knox offered me a 5% contract right off. Phil has been
dealing with him for two itwms but nothing is final yet.
Knox often says an item needs further work and wants
to reduce the royalty rate.
I suggested that half of the 25% of my royalties that
go to Infinity Quest be paid back to me in the form of
I-Q stock. Phil thought that was a very good idea.
Phil estimates that the royalties in GROOVE should be at
least $3,000 for me, and $1,000 for I-Q next year. And
it should continue indefinitely. Mag-Nif has not dropped
an item yet. Their poorest sellers still do at least
65,000 a year.

exact tie. The situation came up when a player could
not make a type (c) move. However if he first bought a
certificate, then he could. To avoid difficulty, decided to
change the rule to allow a player when he wishes to draw 3
cards from the deck and then shuffles 3 cards from his
hand back into the deck.
Pierre told me about a French puzzle expert living in London.
{Mr. Bloncourt
{35 Arlington Rd.
{London NW1
{(387-4141)
Pierre got together with him earlier this week and, altho
Bloncourt couldn't arrange to meet me at this time, he
would like to meet me. Pierre suggested that I call him
in London and I said I'd try.
Made a list of things to send to Pierre:
Name of the English trade magazine for toys and games.
Back numbers of ''S & T'' - #1 to #25 and put in a subscription
starting with #29, and bill him.
My games - at least rules and descriptions of the parts.
Rules of DIPLOMACY - which he learned about in ''S & T'' for the 1st time.
