The first player had a distinct advantage. Claude  <br>
suggested that the first player to be compelled to play  <br>
along the edge, on just one state. We replayed the game  <br>
and it worked much better this way.  <br>
I suggested getting rid of the election theme, which is not  <br>
commercial, and using less squares, since <s>each</s> even  <br>
the 16 we used made a nice game.  <br>
