From the feedback, my most popular columns are those in  <br>

The circulation is now up above 3000. The advertisement in  <br>
the ''<u>TIMES</u>'' just about payed its way. They will spend another  <br>
$20,000 this year in ads.  <br>

I asked about the <u>DIPLOMACY</u> column in ''<u>S & T</u>'' and the idea now  <br>
