Felicia called. Sheis still trying to talk to Don Ferrone about
the game for Sun Line.
She rcd. a letter from Jim Kraus which was sent before hers to
him reached there. He said thet TORTS - THE GAME OF LAWSUITS
was a game that was fun to play but was not a "classic" game.
It will be good for their new family game format. But this
will not be decided one way or the other until some time in '72.
In the meantime Jim will gamble that the game will still
be available if they decide to go will the new packaging. If
they decide not to they won't lose the binder money and the
inventor won't lose the opportunity to try and place it elsewhere.
The inventor shouldn't be disappointed. As his first game
this shows considerable talent.
