Gave a copy of <u>FOCUS</u> to our postman for his daughter - 13 year old.
<u>Felicia</u> called in the evening (not getting me in during the day).
Milton Bradley sent her two men who did a presentation con-
cerning education at the college level. There is a <u>GAME</u> which
is of no consequence. She told them about me and that I could
make it into a game, but that I would have to get a fat piece
of the royalties - 50% of their 65% she thinks, altho she
didn't spell it out to them. They agreed. She'll send me their
presentation and I will make my decision after reading it.
<u>Herb Roth</u> likes <u>BING-BONG-BALL</u> but he thinks the only compnay
that could do it right is Aurora, but neither he nor Felicia
have any connections there.
<u>Herb Roth</u> evaluates games for 3 companies. It is very con-
fidential since he doesn't want to be bothered by game inventors.
Herb didn't care for <u>POWUR</u> as well as <u>AFRICAN CHESS</u>.
Herb also manufactures parts as one of his operations. He
supplies the dice for Kontrell's <u>NINETYSEVEN</u>. He would have
liked to have taken over the manufacture and distribution of
<u>BALI</u> but Felicia and Alice only considered offers made to
them, not soliciting any. Possibly after the S&R contract
runs out he made do it. | |||
I told Felicia I'd have <u>OPEN BRIDGE</u> and <u>X-CHANGE-WORD</u> to her
on June 14. | |||
<u>Mary Hilt</u> wrote. She is returning <u>CINEMA</u>; too many com-
ponents. She would like <u>FOCUS</u>. Felicia's lawyer says she has
to keep a copy of everything from which they made money, so
she can't send her one copy. I'll bring one next time
I go there. | |||
Made up a set for <u>SPACE STIX</u>. Played with BB and I won a
very close game - 107 to 104. // A better
logo would probably be as shown - for
<u>X-CHANGE-WORD</u>.

<u>Fabio Coen</u> (<u>''AGOG''</u> rights).
<u>Felicia</u> called. A former client, for materials other than games,
has a <u>GAME</u> and she will have him bring it in around
noon on  7/15. Told her that I was working on getting the
rights back on <u>''AGOG''</u>. She said that was good, but that
there is no big hurry. Told her how tied up I was with
<u>OPEN BRIDGE</u> and <u>X-CHANGE-WORD</u> and she said she wouldn't
call me before 7/15. I told her by all means to call if something
came up. | |||
Call from <u>Herb Siegel</u>. 6/25 is O.K. for our visit.
Played <u>SPECTRUM</u> with BB using my new ideas. It played well
