Called Carl Eisenberg. He couldn't raise the financing to
keep Everyone Products alive. I'll call him next week
about picking up MANHATTAN MADNESS. When I go there he'll
tell me about the difficulties in getting it to price out.

Felicia called. Because of the success that Urban Systems
has been having with SMOG and DIRTY WATER she suggested
that I come up with a GAME on recycling. She spoke
to Jerry Dougherty and he is wild about the idea.
Jerry told her that we should have an answer from
Continental on GO SEE quite soon. She saw their presentation
and read me the covering letter.
She is worried because the model of TORTS - THE GAME OF LAWSUITS
didn't come back from 3M for Gary Sherbell to work on.
Impact is close to signing a contract giving them the rights
to licensing [illegible crossed out] material pertaining to the play, and
movie to come, "Sleuth". Felicia told Jerry about my game
SLEUTH. He said, "There goes a lawsuit". Felicia and I
agreed that's 3M's problem.
