Rcd. the contract for EXECUTIVE DECISION. It is written at
4%. One small problem ; upon signing they are sending
$125 to me and $125 to I-S as advance on royalties.
When I called Claude to tell him the news he pointed
out that if I just accepted them I might be tacitly
agreeing to a 50-50 split.
He has been contacted by the one in charge at "Oggi". So
far, he says, they have not quite gotten back the advance
to Claude, but they expect another payment shortly. In
the meantime "Norbert" (who published the puzzles) promised
to send statements to Claude.
