Met Lee Mintz and looked at his game <u>QUEST</u>. It  <br>
was interesting, tho it had the complexity that beginners  <br>
<s>used</s> very often put in their games. He is  <br>
working on a 2-hand strategy <u>GAME</u> played on a  <br>
different type of board. He is very pleasant and  <br>
gave me a copy of the rules and the board. Later  <br>
I remember that <u>QUEST</u> has the registered name of a  <br>
game put out by Lakeside some years ago. I'll have to  <br>
tell Felicia.
 
Called Charles Wibel of <u>GAME OF THE MONTH CLUB - N.J.</u>. He  <br>
will send me the rules for <u>QUADS</u> with the more challenging  <br>
play. Will send it tonight so I should get it by  <br>
Saturday, I hope. He won't be ready to advertise  <br>
in the next edition of <u>S&T</u> so there is no hurry to get  <br>
the rate schedule to him.
 
Jim Dunnigan sent me a number of rate schedules for <u>S&T</u>.

Called Judy Kornblum (see 12/20). She really didn't  <br>
have anything to tell me. She hasn't seen <u>AGOG</u>.  <br>
But she is sure that others in the school system have  <br>
seen & reviewed it. She is a librarian at a local school.  <br>
They are sent books books to review by the central  <br>
bureau and never know what they'll be getting.
 
Dale went to the address listed in the ad (see 12/29)  <br>
but there <s>were</s> was not sign of the company there. <br>
Sent away for the rules.

Hamley's but didn't actually send it yet: <u>BLAST-OFF <s>GAME</s></u>, <u>DECIMAL SHOPPING <s>GAME</s></u>, <u>WHAT AM I BID?</u>, <br>
<u>SHERLOCK HOLMES</u>, <u>MOON PROBE</u>.
