Jan Rotstein called and asked me the names of the games I have with 3M. She told me that <u>MONAD</u> was in the Dec.[December] <u>LADY'S HOME JOURNAL</u> (pg. 50). Later I looked at a copy. Under a section "Presents you couldn't buy before" there was a picture of <u>MONAD</u> and a one or two sentence description.

I asked Jan if she had heard from Penny McMullen (see 12/1/69). No. <s>illegible</s>[strike through] Jan will call her.

After wasting several sheets figured out how to use her new Copymate and duplicated Jim Kraus' letter of 11/24. In May they will expand the card Line to 7 games. <blockquote>Any further card game ideas will probably be limited to two at the most, for consideration in 1970.</blockquote>

Discussed Impact and the Enjay mailing and she told Jerry I would be willing to create these games on speculation but in general I would want to be payed something for creating a new game.
