MONDAY 10 NOVEMBER 1969
Martin Luther - Born 1483
314th day - 51 days to come
Thinking about COUNTERPOINT and the possibility of using
an [modified Z shape] instead of an L. An [modified Z shape] would
be more like an + in difficulty, but it might slow up the game too much.
Think I'll stay with the L.
Signed books to sell to Bertha & give to Flo. Also signed
one for Kiva and Athene.
Diane Jaust called. WOMEN'S WEAR DAILY has a rave review on A GAMUT OF GAMES. Because of it Bergdorf Goodman contacted her. Although they don't have a book department they want to order some. Diane directed a salesman
to them. They told her that they don't often handle books but
when they do they usually become popular.
Jack Kessie, the book reviewer (I think) of PLAYBOY asked for another
copy of the book, which Diane sent him.
Rcd. a letter from Warren Buell. Will be in from Wednesday evening, thru
Saturday. Will call to see if we can get together.
