THURSDAY 11 SEPTEMBER 1969
254th day - 111 days to come
Called Felicia about 3M and foreign rights. Asked me to send
her a repro of the letter of agreement and she'll show
it to her lawyer. Made repro and mailed it in evening together
with note mentioning 3M's German affiliate
as mentioned in EUGEN OKERS SPIELWIESE. Also offered to help
her with her moving - either one. She has rented an office @ Broadway and 25th[?] St.
Called and spoke to Audrey Pierce. We decided that sending
the games to PACE Magazine by air mail would be
very expensive and unneccessary. She'll send them by
railroad express.
I asked and she thought what I said in answer to
Susan's questions was fine, tho she has only looked at
it hastily.
Bought Sept. SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN Magazine.
Rcd. a formal statement from Jerry D'Arcey that I would
get 25% on anything made on MARTELLE.
Rcd. the form letter from "Thomas A. Harris" that
Felicia sent me. His adult party GAME's are not much.
