Bernie Newman called me. In his conference with Shelly last weekend <br>
Shelly told him that E.S.R. was in financial trouble <br>
and could be bought up. They are bidding for it in competition <br>
with several other groups. (E.S.R. is the owner of <br>
Ed-U-Cards, which is doing all right.) Bernie will let me know <br>
in a few weeks how it comes out. If they don't get E.S.R. it <br>
will mean starting a new company, which is a lot slower.
