St. John, Baptist 1969 175th day - 190 days to come
Felicia called. Harvey Gardner of MECHANICS ILLUSTRATED will be at her of-
fice tomorrow at 3:00, instead of 2:30.
Sid Blazer (see 6/13) will be showing her some things next Monday at

Called Phil and made date to go there Friday to play TEMPO
and ODD OR EVEN.

BALI-BUTTONS (P.B.S. - Palo Alto, Cal.). Four plastic pieces of 4 colors and
shapes and 16 pegs in 4 x 4 array. Object to arrange them so that
no shape or color is repeated in a row or column (or diganol?) [diagonal].
Called Claude in the evening to thank him again for the games.
He was at Oggi and Ted Cohen has left. The other partner
says it was because Ted didn't want them to do games (tho
Claude thought that Ted was much sharper on games). The
remaining partner wants to study his situation and then
have Claude in for a long talk. Claude want offered to have
me in on it but I said for him to establish himself first.

next player starts a new formation. When a player has
seven or more pieces and it is his turn to start a forma-
tion, he may start with as many as he wishes as
long as he leaves himself at least 5. First to get
rid of all of his pieces wins. (I told Jerry that
this could be another classic like BLOCKHEAD.)
(Jerry said that Saalfield has sold something over
2,000,000 copies of Blockhead to date and he thinks they
should have sold a lot more.
SIR HINKEL-FINN-DUSTER:- A children's game. There are 4
sets of 6 cards each with members of 4 families,
"Hinkel-Finn-duster" and others equally rediculous. Players
in turn ask another player for a specific member of
a specific family, but must say "Please may I - - - ." If
they get it, they must say "Thank you." If a player
fails to be polite he must throw his cards in the air and the
others grab for them (they are large & thick). The player
must put on special glasses marked "Taboo" and no one
may speak to him. If they do he passes the glasses to
them. (Jerry says it is hilarious.) Object is (I suppose)
to collect one family and to be the last one not taboo.
