Finally rcd. the copy of PARLEMENT I ordered.
Thought of the idea of playing Cadaco's DECISIONS, DECISIONS using a
4 x 4 grid numbered from 0 to 15 and four binary cards
with numbers 1-2-4-8. By turning them either "on" or "off"
one at a time. The same game can be played, and with the strategy
 easier to see.
Made a set of DIGIT cards and played with Phil and Annette. Worked
O.K. but decided to limit the number of cards of one operation to
4 and to prohibit playing a duplicate of one on the table. Tried a
variation SPEED DIGIT where players have only one card in hand, which
they can put down and replace from the deck whenever desired. First
to correctly call "Digit" gets the score. Phil discovered that he could
keep pulling cards quickly till he got the one he wanted. Thought of the
idea of limiting the cards a player has to a maximum of 4. Didn't
 try it; too late.
